Customers may incur cancellation fees if a booking is canceled after a driver or delivery partner has been assigned.
Drivers who repeatedly cancel accepted bookings without valid reasons may face account restrictions or suspension.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted for billing errors, service issues, or technical problems.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oramismo, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Oramismo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent conduct, or poses risks to the platform or other users.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the Philippines in accordance with applicable laws and arbitration procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and related policies, constitute the entire agreement between users and Oramismo regarding use of the App.
Failure by Oramismo to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
